It something you never want to happen to you, but Carla Rea was able to talk about surviving her recent car accident. This happened the other day while on her way to get some blood work done. As Carla described it on The Mike & Carla Morning Show, it was in a parking lot. The good thing is that no one was actually hurt in the accident.
As Carla was pulling in, a car was deciding on whether to pull out or not. As she talked about it, Carla was tapping on her horn to let the person know she was there! That might be where in lies the problem...her horn. Driving a Honda, maybe a louder horn would have done the trick. Nonetheless, after crashing into Carla's car, the couple got out and here's where it starts to get interesting. Not wanting to see their insurance rates go up, the couple said they would pay for everything and gave Carla their information. But keep in mind, they wanted to keep insurance companies out of this!
So you know, the woman has already called Carla asking her to get an estimate and is prepared to write a check. But you should know how Carla cares for her car! Just short of asking you to take your shoes off before entering, she prides herself on the cleanliness of her car. Washing it on a a regular basis inside and out!
No putting your feet on the seat or even on the dash...ANGIE! You basically have to sit there with your feet on the mat in an upright position. No eating in the car and that includes a quick little bag of chips or Red Vines!
Now we understand that there is nothing wrong with this. It's nice to see someone take care of their car...but now that it has a dent and a few scratches. Well, listen to the segment and here what Carla is prepared to do...and enjoy!
