Brandon Bell / Staff via Getty ImagesA man in the U.K. is trying to score a quick buck...literally! How? He's selling his belly button lint on eBay!
He posted an ad to the eBay site with this as the description, ''Belly Button Fluff. A small amount that can ideally be used for lint. Freshly picked every day for about a month. Will be sealed and posted in plastic and not in the jar. No returns accepted.''
If you want in on this belly button lint collection, you can bid! The starting bid is only $1.20 US.
And a man in Italy had $20,000 in bonds and was worried that thieves would steal it. So what do you do? You hide it! But you need to hide something of that value in a safe place. His safe place was the fire place chimney. He didn't tell anyone where he hid them, including his wife! His wife decided to light a Christmas fire to warm up and all the mans bonds went up in flames. When he walked in the room and saw the fire place lit, he almost passed out.
In Italy, bonds have specific serial numbers to each one. If lost or damaged and the owner has those numbers, they can have them reprinted. We're not sure if he had them or not. For his sake, we hope he did!
