Colonoscopy time, and leaving a note for your doctor
A woman on Twitter who goes by the name "Lynzy Lab" posted about a prank her dad suggested for her mom's routine COLONOSCOPY this week. And the mom actually agreed to MAYBE do it.
The tweet: "My mom's getting a colonoscopy on Thursday. My dad said she should stick a piece of paper in her butt crack that says, "I've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty." I told her if this gets 10,000 likes, she has to do it. She agreed. Internet: Do your thing."
They revised the idea a day later, and said that for "logistical reasons," they'll use a marker to write directly ON her butt instead of using paper.
Mom agreed to do it if the daughter's tweet got at least 10,000 likes by today, which she probably didn't think would happen. As of this moment it has received 9287 likes.
Latest tweet: "The bad news is we didn’t quite make it to 10k, which is a pretty big bummer. The good news is my mom is a benevolent lil pantaloon and has decided to do it anyway. Let us lift her up in love & gratitude for this most precious gift she has bestowed upon us. We do not deserve her."
