That got me thinking about my "go-to" desserts. I have to be honest, I pretty much love all desserts, although I'm not a big plain chocolate or white chocolate fudge fan. Cake, cookies, ice cream, pies, donuts...all delicious. Whether home-made or store bought, you really can't go wrong. However, when I really want to treat myself, here are some of the Las Vegas favorites I like to visit.
I really enjoy the variety at Pinkbox Doughnuts. Love the glazed and raised monster named "Da Apple Fritter." I can always go with a bavarian cream-filled treat like "The Blow Torch." What's your favorite donut shop? What is your favorite donut?

One of their signature creations, "Mud Pie Mojo," has everything I like: coffee ice cream, peanut butter, cookies, almonds and melted fudge. Do you have a favorite frozen treat shop? For pies, you can't go wrong with Marie Callendar's, fresh from one of their restaurants, or in the frozen foods aisle at the grocery store. I love their pecan pie the most, with the coconut cream pie as a close second. What's your favorite pie?
