Dancing in the club.

It’s officially Pride in Las Vegas and we are celebrating in full capacity. Pride Las Vegas is hosting a spicy night parade and most-fabulous pride festival on October 5 and October 6. This year’s theme for the Pride Las Vegas Parade is “Red & Wild” and Vegas is a city to run with themes to the extreme. We expect to see the gays, theys, thems and everyone in-between in their best red fits. Of course, rainbow attire is still the silent dress code. Straight-allies are welcomed with open arms.

We are proud to announce that there are 120 local businesses participating in the parade. Pride Las Vegas Facebook shows the hosts of the events include Andrew Ryan, Abel Garcia, Grand Marshals Oscar De La Hoya, Holly Sonders, Clair Koetitz, Lyndon Marquez and Pride Royalty.

The Pride Festival website states the event is happening at Craig Ranch Park on Saturday, October 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Craig Ranch Park is located at 628 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89032. The festival will feature Billboard Hot 100 chart artist Crystal Waters, American Drag Performer Biqtch Puddin’ and Texas-based rapper and artist BabiBoi and RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 runner up and Vegas sweethearyt, Anetra.

It warms our heart to see the community of Vegas unite on a weekend highlighting acceptance, love and unity.

This weekend and every day after, we are reminded that pride parades, parties and celebrations are about accepting our LGBTQIA+ community for who they are and who they love. We must continue to remember why we acknowledge our gay-friendly neighbors. Not everyone is treated fairly and we have to do a better job pushing for equality in all facets of life.

Pride Las Vegas is celebrating the 40th Anniversary Celebration. With every celebration means there will be off site parties and shenanigans happening. If you’re wanting to know where to go in the 702 after the Pride Parade or after the Pride Las Vegas festival… We created a list of popular gay destinations that cater to everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community.
