The big game happening in Vegas this weekend will be history in the making. The first ever Super Bowl to be played in Vegas's Allegiant Stadium is just days away. And locals can already feel the party vibe in the air. With many making the rare trek to the Las Vegas Strip to get in on the action.

But There's Another Big Game Happening This Weekend In Las Vegas, That's Also Bringing Some Stars

And it might actually be more fun to watch than football. Okay, maybe not. But this game is a lot of fun to play, especially when there's vodka involved.

It's the first ever Smirnoff SMASH Pickle Bowl. The event is promoting the new Smirnoff SMASH Vodka Soda as it begins to roll out in supermarkets. The celebrity Pickleball tournament is happening on February 10 at Red Tail in Resorts World. The private event has invited public figures and influencers to compete in one of the hottest new sports around.

Television personality and sportscaster Kay Adams will be playing in the highly-competitive tournament. According to bvmsports.com, she doesn't have great pickleball skills. Fortunately, she's partnered with NFL star Vernon Davis for the competition.

Other celebrities joining the tournament include Lance Bass (NSYNC) and rapper Saweetie. Reality TV star Scheana Shay (Vanderpump Rules) and her husband, Brock Davies, will also be playing. And TV personality Speedy Morman will be hosting the competition.

For locals and tourists, the event is extending beyond the celebrity tournament. With the fun going all weekend, from Friday, February 9 through Sunday, February 11. Along the Las Vegas Strip, fans will have opportunities to play in various pickleball games. And Smirnoff, in celebration of their newest RTD Smirnoff SMASH Vodka Soda, will be offering fans the chance to try new drinks. Including the Pineapple-Orange, Watermelon-Lime, Raspberry-Peach and Strawberry-Dragonfruit options.

So if you're planning to be around the Strip for Super Bowl weekend, keep an eye out for the Smirnoff signs! - Wendy Rush

And since you're into celebrities and sports and all that jazz, here's some more for you.👇👇👇

Celebrities To Watch For In Vegas During Big Game Weekend

In spite of the athletes being the ones in the spotlight during the game, the Super Bowl crowds are always packed with celebrities too. Actors, musicians, and other famous athletes come from all over the country, and even the world, to be a part of the action. And considering the big game is in Las Vegas this year, we can expect a huge star turnout.

Why The Super Bowl Attracts So Many Celebrities

There are a few reasons why the biggest football game of the year would bring in the stars. Many come to support their team. Others are there for the halftime show. And some are just sports fans who can afford the costly price of tickets.

Last year's Super Bowl saw a huge turnout of celebrities, boston.com reported. Jay-Z came with daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Paul McCartney enjoyed the game from a private box. LeBron James and Elon Musk were there. So were Joel McHale, Kevin Hart, Bradley Cooper, Billie Eilish, H.E.R. and more.

And with the Super Bowl being in Las Vegas, not to mention for the first time ever, there's bound to be even more celebrities this year. Some are already living near or in Las Vegas. Like Nicholas Cage, Mike Tyson, Celine Dion and Mark Wahlberg. And others are here for residencies and concerts in February. Including Adele, Kelly Clarkson and U2. Plus, with the 49ers playing, many California stars can easily hop a 1-hour flight to support their team.

All of this star power in Las Vegas means our hotspot after game party venues will be packed with people to see. So, if you're out and about during Super Bowl weekend and you want to spot some celebrities, find your way down to the Las Vegas Strip.

And just so you know who to look out for, here are some people we think might be here for big game weekend.
