Other News: Feel Free To Go ‘Topless’ In Nantucket

This seems like a crime out of a Christmas-themed edition of the "Clue" board game. A 35-year-old guy in Pennsylvania named Michael Bandi got into an argument with a 31-year-old woman this week, and it escalated to the point where he smacked her in the head with A CHRISTMAS TREE. Don't know if it was live or fake tree - like it would matter. There's no word on the woman's condition, but it doesn't sound like she was seriously hurt. Michael the tree slinger was arrested and was charged with simple assault.  By the way, Michael's 36th birthday is on Christmas Eve. In case anyone cares...

A masked man who broke into a New Jersey home on Thanksgiving to take several items from a bedroom drawer, including underwear, was identified by police thanks to a hidden bedroom surveillance camera. the residents were not home at the time. The man turned himself into police on Nov. 30 and was held in Jail. Two thoughts: Stealing underwear, and bedroom camera. No judgement!!

In Penrith, Australia police arrested a guy - who was drunk - for head-butting a Christmas tree in a government building. The drunk ran into the tree and tried to knock it over with his head. A female security guard tried to stop the man. Unfortunately he broke free - but not before falling on top of the tree. Other officers were called to restrain the man. He was charged with malicious damage and assault.

Great news for the people of Massachusetts. Well, maybe, and maybe not. The beaches in Nantucket, Massachusetts will now allow anyone to be topless on them.  This is great for people who want to be topless, and for people who write dirty limericks with words that rhyme with "Nantucket."
