Meet Lola, Clementine, Rhyse & Rayne
Here are the latest cuties up for adoption at Hearts Alive Village.
Rhyse and Rayne – Oriental Shorthairs. They may take some time to warm up to you but when they do, they are very sweet and affectionate. These 5-year-old boys make great snuggle buddies. They’d also make wonderful models if you have a strong desire to knit cat sweaters. They came from a very busy household and were sensitive to noise and sudden movements when they arrived in foster care. They will definitely need a quiet, peaceful home with no small children. Their foster home has 3 other cats and most of the time Rhyse and Rayne keep to themselves, but sometimes, they can be a little hissy with the others.
They will flourish in the right surroundings and make great companions for the right family! This bonded pair came to us already declawed and are both microchipped, neutered and up to date with vaccinations. If you’d like to meet them, please fill out an application on our website https://bit.ly/3t6lIWq
Lola – 8-year-old pitbull
My family’s life was turned upside down due to a tragedy. I am not a fan of other dogs and cats so I couldn’t move with them. I am a sweet, loyal girl looking to hike and run with someone. I do like my cuddle time though. I’m spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on my vaccines, and ready to meet you! Please fill out an app if you’re interested and I’ll have my people call your people. https://bit.ly/2YepiCp
Clementine – 6-year-old pitbull
My name is Clementine and while I’m having a blast in my foster home, I’m still waiting for my forever family to come find me. Is it you? A little bit about my history… it’s a bit of a doozy. I was brought to the shelter after I’d had so many babies, I couldn’t have any more. I didn’t do it on purpose! I know the importance of spay and neuter. Even worse, because I wasn’t spayed at an early age, I developed these ouchies called mammary tumors. When the nice people at Hearts Alive Village got me, they rushed me over to the dog doc. I’ve had those tumors removed. I’ve even had this experimental treatment that made me feel very tired, but it helped make me healthy, so it’s okay. I lived at the Adoption Center for a little while which was nice. I got cuddles from EVERYONE! Except other dogs. I don’t like other dogs. Then, I went to live with my awesome foster family. They say that I’m very sweet, I never bark, I’m potty trained, and that I sleep most of the time. They are not wrong. I do love my sleep.
Now, it’s time to find that family who will love me, snuggle me, and call me their very own. Since I don’t have a cell phone (I can’t dial with my paws), the humans suggest filling out an app on the website so you can meet me. heartsalivevillage.org. You can also see me in action here: https://youtu.be/2fZpHfq1bqI. The first 6 years of my life have been very difficult, but I’m looking towards the future!
