We're keeping Big Cass in our thoughts and prayers today after the former WWE star suffered a medical emergency last night.

At the time, Cass was at a wrestling event and collapsed during the meet and greet.

Right before he went down, he had been taking photos with fans.

Confusion followed, as fans initially thought the collapse was part of his appearance.

According to TMZ, the event was held in Philadelphia.

Medics were called to the scene, and determined Big Cass had a seizure.

He appeared to be alert while receiving medical attention, and is expected to be okay.
