Multi-platinum recording artist Gwen Stefani just announced she will be ringing in the New Year with Las Vegas. The Venetian Resort Las Vegas announced, via reviewjournal.com, that the former No Doubt singer will be performing in the Venetian Theatre for two nights. December 30 and 31st, 2022. Shows are scheduled to begin at 9pm.

The hotel's website specifies that there will be no countdown from the stage, but I'm thinking maybe a Blake Shelton cameo could happen. I mean, Gwen Stefani Shelton isn't going to spend New Year's Eve without her hubby, is she? I don't think so.

In any case, it's going to be an awesome show. At 53 years old, it's hard to understand where Gwen Stefani gets all her energy from. But this isn't her first Vegas rodeo either. The superstar has recently fronted her Just a Girl residency that she wrapped up in November 2021 at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood. So she's sure to have recurring fans as well as newcomers showing up for her NYE performances.

It sounds like the show will get out pretty close to midnight, which will land any concert-going in the middle of the action when 2023 rolls around. If you're planning to go to the concert, you could head up to The Strat later to watch the fireworks. Try your luck at some slots, or just wander The Strip with thousands of other people and get ready to do some kissin'!

When it comes to a set list, Gwen Stefani has a ton of music to choose from. She has albums from her days with No Doubt as well as a very successful solo career. So which will she bring to her show on New Year's Eve at the Venetian? If it's anything like her Just A Girl residency from last year, it might look like this. Look at how many songs she did in that show! And this isn't counting the covers she performed. I told you. The girl is a singing monster. And we love her.
