It was a smoke show of a competition!

This past month, 96.3 KKLZ was on a quest to find the best, most-scrumptious and delectable BBQ in all of Las Vegas. To help with this conquest, the crew at KKLZ organized the Blazin' BBQ Bracket. The competition started with 32 other BBQ restaurants, and all of them were amazing in their own way.

The competition was tough and -- at times -- became hot with glazing passion. But, there could only be one winner who reigned supreme. At the end, Wild Fig BBQ took the crown!

The people of Las Vegas voted Wild Fig BBQ as the best BBQ place in Sin City, making them the ultimate grill masters.

Located at 9555 Del Webb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89134, Wild Fig is a hidden gem. The quaint little smokehouse is perfectly tucked away in the corner of Del Webb and Lake Mead Boulevards. But, the hidden nature of the restaurant is the perfect juxtaposition to the exploding flavor that this restaurant provides.

When you enter the restaurant, you're greeted with warm hospitality from the entire staff. And to combat the boiling Vegas heat, the Wild Fig family gives you a cup of cantaloupe agua fresca that instantly cools you down.

The staff at Wild Fig vibrates with passion for good-quality BBQ. The brisket is smoked so perfectly that a beautifully seasoned bark forms around the tender meat creating a complex and tasty flavor.

The poblano chili & cheese sausage explode with flavor, a blend of spice and is created with their famous brisket.

Not to mention, Wild Fig has daily specials that are bucket-list items such as: pork belly fried rice -- that isn't your run-of-the-mill fried rice -- a dandan burger; which is tallow-fried brisket patties topped with cheddar cheese and dandan sauce, pork belly banh mis and even brisket melts.

Wild Fig BBQ is the perfect matrimony of traditional Texas style BBQ with a peppering of Asian-inspired flavors and much more.

Congratulations to Wild Fig BBQ for this deserving prize of being the best BBQ in Las Vegas!
