Salt & Straw, More Exciting Eateries To Open In UnCommons Las Vegas
A hot, new hangout spot is coming to the Las Vegas Valley with exciting eateries and eclectic bars, it’s time to explore, UnCommons.
This new building is a mixed-use community filled to the brim with the what’s what in dining and entertainment, including a Vegas staple — The Coffee Class!
Recently, news about the opening of Salt & Straw‘s first Las Vegas location made headlines across the city. Salt & Straw, an Oregon-based ice cream parlor, will soon be open in UnCommons, too!
Salt & Straw is known for its peculiar ice cream flavors such as a pear and blue cheese flavor, a salted-butterscotch flavor and a Creepy Crawly Critters flavor. However, the ice cream shop won’t officially open its doors until 2023, according to UnCommons’ website. But despite Salt & Straw’s later-in-the-year opening date, this new complex is sure to be a foodie heaven for Las Vegas locals (and tourists, of course)!
Construction is slated to be complete next year, according to UnCommons’ press release, but you can visit a few cool locations within the complex as of now. Drop into Urth Caffé for an experience you won’t forget. This restaurant, often seen on Instagram accounts, focuses on food that’s healthy but not lack-luster when it comes to flavor.
In the mood for something a little cooler? Stop by Teaspoon for a sweet boba treat. And considering we live right in the desert, boba tea definitely comes in handy when we need to cool off. This hand-crafted boba shop was born in California. However, this shop now calls Las Vegas “home.”
Along with restaurants and beverage shops, you can participate in events, exercise classes and shop until you drop!
Treat yourself to an olfactory explosion your nose will be thanking you for by picking up a candle at Speakeasy Candle Co.
This artisanal candle company specializes in natural, gourmand-scented candles that burn longer and stronger. Throw a candle-making party with your friends by attending one of their workouts and parties, according to the complex’s website.
Matter Real Estate Group is the company behind UnCommons Las Vegas.
“The $400 million project is designed to fulfill the modern workforce’s desire for a workplace that enhances their lives through rich amenities, open space and connectivity,” UnCommons’ fact sheet states.
August 2020 marked the ground-breaking portion for this project. The construction’s completion date is to be determined. For more information about UnCommons and its amenities, click here.
