This weekend we celebrate "National Skinny Dippin Day" on Saturday, July 9th here in Las Vegas! That's right! Whether it be out at Lake Mead, Lake Las Vegas, or even in your backyard pool, take the bathing suits off and join the rest of America in celebrating a day that we should observe maybe more than once a year!

In the grand tradition of "fun holidays," "Bikini Day" is one of them, and it falls on July 5.
Per DaysOfTheYear.com, this holiday "...is the anniversary of the invention of the bikini in 1946 by a Parisian fashion designer, Louis Reard. The goal of this holiday is to get to the closest beach, or find some cheap travel deals to the Philippines, Bali, Hawaii or anywhere with lots of beach, and spend the day in your bikini!"
