The motel made popular in the CBC/Pop TV series Schitt's Creek will be going up for sale next month.

CTV News reports Jesse Tipping, the current owner of the motel, said he plans on listing the property in October. He intended on listing the motel sooner, but once the coronavirus pandemic hit, "...he decided to open it up to a local group in need of space for people to quarantine."

Since the show exploded in popularity in North America, Tipping said that fans regularly stop by the motel and detailed, "It's been a little bit of a circus. There's just car after car after car of people rolling in trying to take pictures. Yesterday I stopped by and the traffic was stopped in front of it… It's a little bit wild."

The motel is located in Hockley Valley, Ont., which is a little over 50 miles northwest of downtown Toronto.

We wish Tipping and the future buyer best wishes and warmest regards with the eventual sale.
