PRETTY IN PINK
Ingredients:1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1/2 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
1 splash pineapple juice
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass
HAKKATINI
Ingredients:
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Orange liqueur
¼ oz. Italian red bitter liqueur (such as Campari)
¾ oz. Pressed apple juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake to mix ingredients and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.
Long Island ICE TEA
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce triple sec splash of cola lemon slice or wedge
Preparation:
1. Fill glass with ice.
2. Add vodka, rum, tequila, gin and triple sec.
3. Add a splash of cola.
4. Garnish with lemon.
B-52’s
1 Part Kahlua
1 Part Irish cream liqueur
1 Part Triple Sec
Preparation:
Think layers – the opposite of mixing. It’s delicate, so treat the B52 shot like a precious vase!
Grab a chilled shot glass, start with Kahlúa, then add cream liqueur and finish with the orange liqueur. Tip: Pour the booze on the back of a spoon for perfect layering.
Espresso Martini
1 Part Kahlua
1 Part Absolut Vodka
1 Part Espresso
Preparation:
You’ll need an espresso machine and a shaker for this one. It sounds complicated but it’s just a matter of mixing booze with coffee. Shake the Kahlúa, Absolut Vodka and espresso together with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to get rid of all the small ice chips. Tip: Shake for like 10 seconds for optimal frothiness.
SCREWDRIVER
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
3 oz. (90ml) Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Wedge
PREPARATION
Add ice to highball glass and pour over vodka.
Top with orange juice and garnish with orange wedge.
GREYHOUND
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
3 oz. (90ml) Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig
PREPARATION
Fill old fashioned glass halfway with ice cubes and pour vodka on top.
Top with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
MOSCOW MULE
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
4 oz (120ml) Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. (715ml) Lime Juice
Garnish: Lime Wheel/Mint
PREPARATION
Add ice to copper mug and pour over vodka and lime juice. Stir.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
MADRAS
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
3 oz. (90ml) Cranberry Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Peel
PREPARATION
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over vodka.
Add cranberry juice and stir well.
Top with orange juice, stir briefly and garnish with orange peel. Enjoy responsibly!
