There's just something about the hand-written lyrics of music's most iconic songwriters that's just magical, and Julien Sens and Nicolas Damiens behind SongwritersFonts.com recognize that.

Want to type a composition in David Bowie's scrawl?  Always found Kurt Cobain's penmanship intriguing?  How about John Lennon?  The handwriting of those icons, along with Leonard Cohen and Serge Gainsbourg have been made into downloadable fonts thanks to Sens and Damiens.

So, how did they create these fonts?  They examined lyrics, old letters and everything in between that was handwritten by these artists.  Their attention to detail is something to be admired, and we'd love to know just how long this project took.

To check out and download each font, go to SongwritersFonts.com.
