Burls Art is a YouTuber/luthier who has made stunning guitars from a variety of materials from salt to colored pencils. His latest project found him partnering with 4Ocean, an organization that crafts jewelry and other accessories from plastic found in the ocean. Since January 2017, 4Ocean has collected 20 million pounds from their locations in Florida and Hawaii, as well as locations in Indonesia, Haiti and Guatemala.

The Recycled Ocean Plastic Guitar features a body made of 100 percent plastic retrieved by 4Ocean, while the neck is made from maple wood topped with a fretboard made from various straws.
