Mike O’Brian is the Program Director and Morning Show host of The Mike & Carla Morning Show on 96.3 KKLZ in Las Vegas, alongside Carla Rea. A fixture in the industry, Mike has been with Beasley Media Group for nearly 23 years and was recognized by Radio Ink magazine as one of the “Best Program Directors in America.” Over the years, The Mike & Carla Morning Show has earned numerous awards and proclamations for its impact on the community. Having lived in Las Vegas for over 35 years, Mike shares his insights on life in the city, sports, and some of the more unusual stories happening across Nevada.

Carla Rea is the co-host of The Mike & Carla Morning Show on 96.3 KKLZ, where she has been entertaining listeners alongside Mike O’Brian for more than 25 years—12 of those with KKLZ. A Gracie Award winner, Carla got her start in talk radio "when talk radio was still fun," as she puts it. In addition to radio, Carla is a seasoned comedian who has appeared on Conan O'Brien, Evening at The Improv, Showtime, and in comedy clubs across the country. She also worked as a light-feature reporter for KSNV/NBC Las Vegas, going behind the scenes of Las Vegas shows and restaurants. As a content creator for 96.3 KKLZ, Carla brings her signature sarcastic, cheeky, and unapologetic voice to articles covering Las Vegas, pop culture, and everyday life.
