Needless to say that we don’t have to worry about this living in Las Vegas with the low humidity factor, although it does get hot during the summer. But, what are the “sweatiest” cities in America?

Don’t think you’ll be surprised to find out that most of the cities are in the southeast part of the country. You combined the heat index with the high humidity and needless to say, you’re gonna sweat!

MyDatingAdviser.com posted the results of the study taking in factors like average summer temps, humidity, the “breeze” factor and much more!

The Mike & Carla Morning Show wanted to know the sweatiest cities you live in…and ended up learning something about the Las Vegas heat and what it can do to you! Listen, during the summer, stay hydrated, stay indoors during the better part of the day, and make sure you have a hard working fan pointed at you!

  • #5. TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA

    Home to Florida State University, this college town has a summer temp average of 83 degrees with a humidity factor of 77% which gets it into the Top 5 Sweatiest Cities in America!

  • #4 NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA

    Needless to say, just being in New Orleans, no matter what time of the year just makes you sweat. This fun city averages a temp during the summer of 85-92 degrees, but it’s the average humidity during those months of 79% that puts this Mardi Gras capital at #4 on the list of the Top 5 Sweatiest Cities in America!

  • #3 BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA

    So another city from the “Pelican” state makes it into the Top 5 Sweatiest Cities in America…the fine city of Baton Rouge has high temps during the summer and an average humidity rating of 78% during the summer…good enough to put it at #4!

    Right on the Gulf of Mexico and know for being a good time during Spring Break, but just beware that although this Texas town is right on the water, it does get a little toasty during the summer months. So much so it comes in at #2 on the Top 5 Sweatiest Cities in America!

    Oh sure, you have Disney World, Epcot Center and Universal Studios there, but just make sure to go during the cooler months of the year…November, December or even January! Head south to have your fun in Orlando anytime other than the summer months! With an average summer temperature of 83-92 degrees, which by Las Vegas standards is great, its the humidity of 78% and all that walking around that will get you in the #1 Sweatiest City in America!
