Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse is a premiere restaurant and butcher shop tucked away in the beautiful Tivoli Village. The restaurant side is known for their Creekstone all natural cuts of meat, elegant small plates and sautéed vegetables. The restaurant launched back in 2013 and has been a prime staple in many family dinners. The atmosphere is very rustic but sheik.
Renowned chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin had a vision to change the idea on how people acquire and consume their meat. The restaurant also features a butcher shop with top tier meat to purchase with a focus on quality and customer service. The shop offers poultry, beef, pork, lamb and sausages giving their customers the best of the best. The shop is very much inspired by the “old world techniques” when it comes to handling their meats. The vision is to rebuild the connection between a butcher and their valued customer.
You’ll surely want to order one of their craft cocktails as they’re made with fresh ingredients and hand pressed juices. We recommend the New Fashion which is a sweeter take on an Old Fashion. The American steakhouse offers a fine list of wines including reds, whites, rose, bubbles and more.
If you’re looking into small plates and vegetables… Customers rave over the Portobello Fries & Herb Aioli which is must try. We also recommend the Mac & Cheese which is creamy and warm.
Known for their tender juicy cuts of meats many customers order the Creekstone All Natural Rib-Eye Cap. The Butcher’s Cuts features the Skirt Steak which is “Pure Wagyo” Paniolo Marinade.
Now more Las Vegans will be able to taste test Echo & Rig’s plates as they are expanding to a second location. A new restaurant is to be opened in the Green Valley area in Henderson, Nevada.
