Queen posted a teaser to a new song that will be out on Thursday. It's previously-unreleased Queen WITH Freddie Mercury. The Mike & Carla Morning Show thought they would share with listeners a clip of the song called "Face It Alone" this morning!

The interesting part of this whole project is that the song was recorded during sessions for Queen's 1989 album "The Miracle".  The band's guitarist Brian May says their engineers crafted parts together, so the song could be saved.

Not that the current form of Queen featuring Adam Lambert isn't cutting the mustard when it comes to seeing the band "live", but fans have always wondered when the band was going to start releasing unreleased tracks so they could enjoy more of the music from this legendary band!

Before forming Queen, Brian May and Roger Taylor had played together in the band "Smile". Mercury was a huge fan of "Smile" and started to encourage them to experiment with a bit more elaborate stage and recording techniques. When Mercury finally joined the band in 1970, that's when he thought they should changed the name of the band to "Queen".

The history of the band and all the ups and downs they went through in the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody", group's music felt a resurgence of sorts and prompted them to find a new lead singer. Not to replace the iconic Freddie Mercury, but more to perform the music of Queen exposing to new fans and to further the incredible reputation of a band that once change the sound of rock music!

Listen to the segment from this morning and see what you think...pump or dump? Stash or trash? Does it sound like "QUEEN" or not? You decide and let us know...otherwise, scroll down and enjoy some of M&C's favorite Queen music videos!

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY

Probably known as the band's anthem, this song has been featured in movies and was used as the titled of the recent movie documenting the band's rise to fame!

DON'T STOP ME NOW

A song that showed the different vocal stylings of Freddie Mercury, not a conventional Top 40 hit, but a concert favorite included in their performance at Live Aid in 1985

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

Thought of as their first and probably their only "disco" hit, "Another One Bites The Dust"!

KILLER QUEEN

Something a little different, "Killer Queen" was the first U.S. hit for the band reaching #12 on the Billboard charts back in 1974.

SOMEBODY TO LOVE

A song that has been featured in television shows including "Glee", "The X Factor" and more. It features Freddie Mercury on piano...along with the legendary harmonies of the band, "Somebody To Love", was inspired by Mercury's fascination with the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin!
