The Mike & Carla Morning Show discussed what things were okay to talk about 20 years ago, but not so much now. People online were talking about things that were common and acceptable in 2002, but aren't today. So think about that...20 year ago doesn't seem that long ago until you start thinking about okay back then, but isn't anymore.

So going back 20 years, times have definitely changed. We've been introduced to "American Idol", A 199th draft pick named Tom Brady has won seven Super Bowls, and some goofy kid started something called "Facebook."

Askreddit put the entire list out there, including when Ben Affleck was People Magazines "Sexiest Man Alive" - you know, when we used to hold an actual magazine in our hands, and read it at the pool, or on the couch, during relaxing leisure time. A family named "The Osbournes" had a pretty popular show on MTV, and Nickeleback (we know...) was on top of the charts with "How you Remind Me."

How things have changed over the past two decades...and it gets even more bizarre when you think about this list.

The list includes, faux hawks - which should have never been socially acceptable. It was just basically a 2000's mullet - but we digress. Come to think of it, smoking it bars and restaurants is now a thing of the past, as well as finding yourself in a "chat room"! A "chat room"? How about an "escape room" now?

We miss a lot of these things from way back when, but time changes fast these days. Sure in another 20 years you'll probably be reading be a similar piece from space, or Mars. And TikTik and Insta will be "retro."

Here are a "Few Things We Think You Should Know" from The M&C Morning Show this morning, along with more of the list of things that also came up in the survey...

A travesty now, but then? I mean you only used it in case of emergency, right? We only WISH we could leave it behind now!

Hanging out at the what? Oh, yeahhh - Oak Tree, The Limited - HOT DOG ON A STICK! I remember it well. And we'd make a whole day of it!

With that said, I'm sure "Dad bod" will be a bad term in 20 years.

Seriously -  re-watch the first few seasons of "America's Next Top Model". Yikes!

Calling on the phone without texting first

People call it "cold calling" and consider it weird and rude now. Still seems a little odd to me to text someone to see if they're "available." I mean, I gues it makes sense, but - oh, whatever!
