Though many might disagree, but it is voted as the worst Christmas song of all time! Ultimate Classic Rock  put the list together and The Mike & Carla Morning Show offered up the Top 5.

In fact you might be a little surprised at who sings it. Needless to say, it didn't even make it onto M&C's Crazy Christmas song list...that's how bad it is. To be honest, the Kelce Brother's Christmas song might even be better than this song.

What Is The Worst Christmas Song Of All Time?

Its a tune that was originally released back in 1987 by a band out of London, England. The Pogues are sort of a Celtic punk rock band that actually did a great job with the song when it was first released. And they should sound good doing it since they wrote it!

Other songs in the Top 5 that are considered the worst, are cover songs as well. Why these artists feel the need, we have no idea. However, it was mentioned that, although voted the "worst", the #1 song might not really be!

The one song that was mentioned on The M&C Morning Show as giving it a run to be #1 was by NewSong and "The Christmas Shoes"! A sappy song about a kid just wanting a pair of shoes. And what makes it worse, it's almost 7 minutes long!

Hey, nothing personal, but there are so many other great, happy Christmas songs to listen to during the holidays! And we should know since KKLZ plays all of them...but what are the Christmas songs that truly suck?

All right, we've put it off long enough! But before you scroll down to see the list, you have to listen to the segment from this morning...and enjoy!

Then scroll down to see the amazing Top 5 Worst Christmas songs of all time...and don't forget, we warned you! "Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!"

#5 "FROSTY THE SNOWMAN" by Steve Kudlow, Bumblefoot, Chris Chaney, & Kenny Aronoff

It's basically Heavy Metal meets Christmas and, although we believe there are good intentions here, this version of "Frosty The Snowman" is just too much! If you want to see the video and listen to this version, click HERE to find out why it's #5 on the list!

#4 "O HOLY NIGHT" by Tiny Tim

It's a cover version of such a great song for the holidays, but this version is done by Tiny Tim! Need we say more? Didn't think so, but to listen to it, click HERE and you decide why it's #4 and NOT #1!

#3 "JINGLE BELLS" by Korn

It's quite the version of a Christmas Classic and some KORN fans might argue one of the best. But for traditionalists, this Christmas song done by the heavy metal band just doesn't live up to the hype. For that it ends up at #3 on the list of "Worst Christmas Songs"

#2 "HAPPY XMAS (War Is Over)" by Maroon 5

You have to give Maroon 5 an "E" for effort right? Or maybe not. Sorry guys, but it just doesn't measure up to the original, so why even do it! #2 on the list for the holidays!

#1 "Fairytale of New York" by Jon Bon Jovi

This is a tough one to take. Fans of JBJ might not be happy, but might admit, not his best effort. The original put out by the Pogues in 1987 might be a bit better. But you have to come to terms with the fact that, according to Ultimate Classic Rock, this is the worst song when it comes to Christmas tunes!
