The skyline, nightlife and charm...a lot of things can make a city "sexy," but is Las Vegas one of the sexiest cities in the country? In a recent article from Cision PR Newswire, they gave us a list of the "sexiest" cities in the country.
Now there was another list of "sexy" cities put out by an adult toy company that was based strip clubs, how many strip clubs and more. However, in this survey, it was based on the attractive skyline, cool buildings, a sense of "old charm" and more.
With all that said, when you think of Las Vegas, do you think we actually could be the "sexiest" city in the country? We have a great skyline with all the beautiful hotels, the mountains as a backdrop. Downtown offers that history of "old charm" when you think about it. But is it enough.
However, Denver has a great skyline, the mountains and they didn't even crack the Top 5! New York City that has one of the most recognizable skyline in the country even failed to make the Top 5. Even Los Angeles failed to make the Top 5 sexiest cities in America.
That's why with all things considered, it made us nervous as to where Las Vegas might show up on this list. We do have a reputation as being "Sin City", which can't help our ratings. But people do love to visit and do things here. And if you live here, it can be very sexy with all the shows, the restaurants and now major league sports.
Even locally, Las Vegas has a sex appeal to those that love the great outdoors. Skiing, hiking, and Lake Mead all have that level of "sex" appeal for those that love to play outdoors. So, find out the Top 5 and where Las Vegas ranks when it comes to the "Sexiest Cities" in the country!

#5 SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
If you've ever been to Seattle, you have to agree they have a great skyline featuring the Space Needle. With the mountains in the background and the "charm" of the wharf, it all seems good enough to be #5 on the list of "Sexiest Cites"!

#4 ATLANTA, GEORGIA
The same as Seattle, Atlanta has some iconic buildings in it's skyline as well as the "old charm" of the south. All major sports, things to do and places to go that lands this city at #4 on the list!

#3 LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
Well, it's nice to know that there's one list we made that has to do with being "sexy", but not for all the wrong reasons. Las Vegas is indeed one of the Top 5 sexiest cities in American for a lot of reasons. The fun that you can have on the Strip, Downtown, in the mountains and more. It all comes together to make it #3 on the list!

#2 DALLAS, TEXAS
Except for the tv show back in the 80's and the Cowboys, is Dallas really that sexy? Must be because they end up #2 on the list. For those that have lived or even spent enough time to know why this city in Texas is so hot, let us know!

#1 CHICAGO, ILLINOIS
Personally, it would have been nice to see Las Vegas at #1, but if there is a city with a more familiar skyline, old charm, things to do dotted with great restaurants, is has to be Chicago. For all those reasons and more, it is the #1 SEXIEST CITY IN AMERICAN...CONGRATS!
