[Larry Martino] via BMGI had the chance to attend the Las Vegas Celtic Society "Highland Games" on Saturday afternoon. The event took place from 9am-5pm this past Saturday and Sunday at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs in the northwest part of the valley.

The Las Vegas Celtic Society puts on this annual event, which had to be postposed the past couple of years due to CoVid restrictions. It was great to be back!

This is a fantastic family event, with lots of food booths, arts & crafts booths, clan booths, clothing booths and more, for browsing and shopping.

The main stage featured plenty of excellent entertainment, and folks were invited to dance their hearts out during the celebration all weekend long.

Closing Ceremonies
There were many Bagpipe & Drum bands from all over the southwest part of the USA competing for awards. These bands also line-up for very emotional opening and closing ceremonies.
