Description: Beasley Media Group LV is searching for a sales professional to join our established and successful team. The main functions of this role are to develop and sell integrated (traditional and digital) advertising, and marketing campaigns to new and existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities. Then the ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet the clients’ needs. cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.

Responsibilities:

· Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms

· Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals

· Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets

· Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives

· Maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns

Qualifications:

· 2+ years in B2B sales required.

· Experience in media sales, digital sales or sports sponsorship sales are preferred

· Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers

· Experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, Radio, TV is preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Consistent above budget performer.

· Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling experience.

· Team player focused on individual goal achievement

· Proven record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools

The qualified candidate must have a proven track record in leading a highly successful media sales team.

The prime candidate will have a disciplined approach to your own personal growth as well as to that of your team. You will be directing seasoned sellers who are ready to win and hungry for energetic leadership and an innovative approach.

The ideal candidate will:

· Proven ability to coach and lead account executives across multiple brands to deliver revenue budget.

Title: Digital Project Coordinator/Sales Assistant

Type: Full Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV

 

Beasley Media Group Las Vegas has a unique opportunity for a Digital Project Coordinator/Sales Assistant, capable of managing multiple digital campaigns for our sales teams at KCYE, KKLZ, KOAS, KVGS and KXTE. You will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, responsible for properly executing our digital campaigns.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Collaborate with Digital Sales Manager on digital media campaigns

· Traffic and monitor advertising for programmatic and local display campaigns

· Review campaign data, develop insights, and optimize performance

· Build weekly digital advertising reports and end-of-campaign recaps

· Collaborate with our internal design and video teams for asset delivery and best practices

· Maintain relationships through daily / weekly conversations with our technology partners

· Coordinate with our internal social media stakeholders on social media campaigns

· Create resources for the internal team, including case studies and sales materials

· Maintaining the shared network drive

· Occasional handling routine office management tasks

· Prioritizing and completing requests for proposals, presentations, order entry, production orders and more for sales team

· Running daily reports for management and sales team

 

Technical Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience managing campaigns within digital ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Triton Digital, and Facebook Ad Manager are preferred)

· Expertise in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

· A clear understanding of programmatic advertising, and the ability to plan and manage digital programmatic advertising campaigns

· Strong project management skills with proven abilities to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate across departments and with internal and external partners

· Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies really irritate you

· Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics

· Working knowledge of HTML, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress

· Basic photo editing / Photoshop skills are a plus, but not required

· Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

· Highly organized and a team player

· Work experience and experience with broadcast software tools preferred, but not required – will train

· Proactive with a high sense of urgency
