The time is now and the day is here...last minute Valentine's Day gifts that can save the day! The Mike & Carla Morning Show ran down a few ideas that might help you out guys!

Let's be honest, if you have to stop on your way home, that is NOT good, but at least you have a chance! If anything, take the time on your lunch break and make it happen!

You don't want to be one of those sorry souls at the end of the day standing at a grocery store looking at the three cards that are left.

Trying to decide which one says it all to your wife or girlfriend. Or stopping to pick up flowers on a street corner that have already began to droop a bit.

So, when in doubt, do what The M&C Morning Show does and hit up Reddit! This really is a no brainer and if you want to know the Top 5, here they are....

  1. Buy A Card...when it comes right down to it, depending on what it says, it's better than nothing!
  2. Flowers...okay, not the best, but what the heck right?
  3. Chocolates...even 7-11 has chocolates!
  4. A Spa Package...at least a massage, facial, something!
  5. Concert Tickets...we live in Las Vegas, there is always a concert somewhere!

There ya go to get you started...and to make it even better, the last two, if you surprise her at the end of the day, you can even score more points.

Just hop on line, if anything. Make that reservation, buy those tickets...it might not mean much to you, but it does mean something to her! Listen, The M&C Morning Show can only do so much. We can lead you to the water, but we can't make you drink it!

If all else fails, someone suggested a playlist for her phone. Make it up with all the songs you know she likes! Almost like the old fashion "mix" tape from the 80s! Do whatever and good luck...and Happy Valentine's Day!

Tips For The Best Anti Valentines Day Ever: Cheese And Vodka

Eating a lot of string cheese? Listening to a lot of Adele? Then you must be celebrating "Anti-Valentines Day!"

It's tough not to celebrate something everyday, when you live in Las Vegas. But Valentines Day isn't everyone's thing. Here's what not to do on Valentines Day to make it the best Anti Valentines day ever!

Step Away From Social Media For Anti-Valentines Day

Put your phone down! Posting excessively on social media can result in side effects. Like self-pity, romanticizing relationships, and failing to be witty or sarcastic. No! Seek medical help if attention-seeking worsens. Do not drive or operate machinery, as it will probably result in you crying into your string cheese and vodka.

Talk to your bestie,  your therapist - or maybe your pharmacist - to learn what it means to hold your own, to love yourself, and to be okay with being alone. It really is ok. Go ahead - watch "Daisy Jones and the Six" again!

The worst thing about Valentine’s Day for single people, is everyone else's social media posts. It’s like Coachella for couples: pictures, pictures, pictures - or it didn’t happen. See how in love we are? He's the best! She's the best! Selfies galore. Although it does smell better than Coachella.

Always keep in mind, social media perpetuates fakeness. We all know relationships are not all "I love you baby," and rom-com dates. Far from it! They are more, "you loaded the dishwasher wrong again" and bending over and asking, "is this a mole?"

Valentines Day Is Just Not For Everyone

Valentine's Day might be romantic for many couples, but not everyone wants to celebrate the holiday of love - especially when their single. That's why Valentine's Day is now also known as "Singles Awareness Day." Note the acronym for that one: SAD. I mean, it's right there!

For those who are not in relationships, or recently went through a break up, this list is for you. Anti-Valentine's Day quotes, and music. Filled with a little humor, sarcasm, and pessimism. The perfect combination for non-lovers. Or for those of you who believe it's just another day to love your significant other - and yourself.

"Being single is pretty good. It's a nice sense of irresponsibility."

Michael Douglas once said this. Probably when he was single for a brief minute. But what a great T-shirt it would make for yourself. Along with a box of candy - you're all set for Singles Awareness Day. Here's a memorable song from a Chorus Line, where he played a choreographer. Kiss Today Goodbye...

"Somebody That I Used To Know" - Gotye

A bare-bones, really cool song  - all about full-on heartache - of the dismissive, "screw-you-I'm-fine" variety! But still catchy enough to make you smile on Single

"Roses are red. Violets are blue. Vodka is cheaper than dinner for two."

"Unknown" said this. Unknown was very smart. There are actually many 'unknowns" out there. Treat them with respect today, because you never know when you will be an unknown.

"Forget You" - Cee Lo Green

If you don't know the real title of this song, today is the day to look it up. The real title of the song probably says it even better. Especially today. Still starts with an F. Well, I think you know...

"Oh here's an idea: Let's make pictures of our internal organs and give them to other people we love on Valentine's Day. That's not weird at all."

Thank Jimmy Fallon for this quote. I suppose if you think about it, it is kind of weird to think that we want to give someone our heart. It should be beating for YOU. Not someone else.

"Someone Like You" - Adele

Adele basically wrote the modern day book on sad breakup ballads. ‘Someone Like You,’ is Adele at her most defeated and desperate, as she attempts to reconnect with a lost love. Cause we've NEVER done that, have we? Ok - I'll move on...

"I wish I were a little girl again, because skinned knees are easier to fix than a broken heart."

The "pretty woman" herself once said this, and she was so right. A broken heart is no fun. And Doctors even say, it's a real thing. And it can truly affect your health. you can put a bandaid on skinned knees, but not a broken heart. From Pretty Woman - It Must Have Been Love.

"Gives You Hell" - The All-American Rejects -

If The All-American Rejects taught us anything, it’s that it can be okay to not wish someone well. Truth be told I'd miss you. Truth be told - I'm LYING! When you see my face, hope it gives you hell!

"We Are Never Ever Getting Back together" - Taylor Swift

The newest woman of the NFL. Taylor Swift said this song was inspired by a studio run-in with an ex’s friend. He made some comment about how he heard she was going to get back together with her ex. When he left she told her producers, we are never ever getting back together! After that, she grabbed her guitar,  The hook is definitely contagious, and hard to get it out of your head no matter how hard you try.

"You Oughta Know" Alanis Morissette

The ultimate breakup song. The lyrics say  it all, if you've been cheated on, or dumped. Sadly, Dave Coulier will never live this down. Even though it was so long ago. You - you - you - OUGHTA KNOW
