According to an influencer on Tik Tok, rubbing a banana peel all over your face can make your skin feel great! In fact, some will say it's like natural Botox...of course others would say that you get the same feel by just eating it.
Now according to an article put out on Health Shots, the banana peel does include some ingredients that help your skin overall. in fact, the article gives you 4 different ways to use a banana peel on your skin.
Seriously, Rub This All Over My Face To Feel Better
However, a lot of fruits might contain the same ingredients to help your skin feel great and rejuvenate it. On The M&C Morning Show, Carla Rea was quick to notice what Mike O'Brian and Morty were thinking right off the bat!
Carla immediately said that there was no way she was going to take peels and rub them all over her face for the sake of doing a video!
And wasn't that what we were all hoping? Just saying...but if you have done it and it's a part of a ritual in your health care, we want to know...does it work?
If you listen to the segment below, there is a young lady describing how you apply the peel to your face to make it work. All you have to do is follow along. Try it for a while and let us know.
While this might sound enticing, doctors do say that you might get the same results just eating the banana...but that's up to you.
Nonetheless, if sounded just goofing enough and it seems that people are doing it...whether it works or not, I guess we will see!
