Truth Jar: Have You Ever Got Caught In The Act By Your Kids?

It has to happen to more couples than not, right? But the “Truth Jar” was out and the question was simple: Have you ever got caught in the act by…

It has to happen to more couples than not, right? But the "Truth Jar" was out and the question was simple: Have you ever got caught in the act by your kids? This was the question for Mike O'Brian on The Mike & Carla Morning Show.

Needless to say, Mike admitted that it did happen once. During a time he was NOT married. One of his daughters caught him, and it was something that they had never talked about.

Have Your Kids Ever Caught You In The Act

Now, if this has indeed happened to you, you should know that there is an article put out by Stack Exchange that covers this very topic. It talks about how to handle the situation if it does happen.

Wish we would have known this prior to it happening right? Clearly, Mike is not the only one...Carla Rea even mentioned a time when she was with someone and his 10-year-old son popped in!

That's always nice right? According to the article, it says to either have a very "matter of fact" talk with the child. On the other hand, the kid might be young enough that he or she doesn't even realize what they saw, so just ignore it. Don't make a big deal out of it.

However, when it came time for listeners to come clean, Tina was the breakaway winner! Just when you thought it was safe and the toddler was sleeping. Why go into the bedroom and lock the door, the couch is right here!

Well...that whole thing backfired in a very quick way! It was totally worth listening to and the award winner for the morning. If this has ever happened to you, you should really hear her story!

Of course, walking in on your kids is a whole different topic! But that did come up as well. Either way, listen to the segment this morning and enjoy it!

Sesame Street: 6 Classic Performances from the Iconic Children’s Show

Sesame Street premiered on November 10, 1969. For over 50 years, the iconic children's show
has been educating and entertaining countless people all over the world.

The show was the brainchild of Joan Ganz Cooney, Lloyd Morrisett and Jim Henson. Sesame Street featured some of Henson's most popular Muppet characters. Among them were Big Bird, Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster, Grover and Oscar the Grouch.

Over the show's history, more and more characters were added. Some of these characters went on to become just as or more popular than the original aforementioned Muppet characters. These characters include The Count, Abby Cadabby, Elmo and Snuffleupagus.

Sesame Street is also a critical hit on top of being loved by viewers. Over the course of its history, the show has won an obscene amount of awards. Among them are over 200 Emmy Awards, 11 Grammy Awards and three Peabody Awards. The show was even honored in 2019 with the Kennedy Center Honors. Plenty of the characters were on hand to take part in the gala event. Of course, things did get awkward when Tom Hanks accidentally was sitting in Big Bird's seat.

With the advent of the internet, the show's resources to its young viewers and their parents grew. The official Sesame Street website features all sorts of educational games and learning exercises. It also features printable worksheets and other extras to help preschoolers expand their minds. On top of that, the show's official YouTube page is packed with all sorts of special videos. In fact, it is where we found the videos that make up our list.

Sure, the show is obviously aimed at young children. However, Sesame Street has featured countless musical guests spanning many genres that adults could enjoy, too.  Here are just some of our favorites over the years!

Billy Joel and Marlee Matlin performing 'Just The Way You Are'

This Billy Joel classic was reworked by the “Piano Man” as an ode to everyone’s favorite trashcan dweller, Oscar The Grouch. It’s hard not to fall in love with this song (and Oscar) even more.

Johnny Cash performs 'Nasty Dan'

Man…Oscar gets some of the best visitors!  This time, Johnny Cash stops by to sing “Nasty Dan,” which is a little more up Oscar’s alley. Gotta love the “Johnny Trash” pun, too!

B.B. King Sings About The Letter 'B'

Can you think of anyone more perfect to sing a song about the letter “B” than B.B. King? Neither can we!

Little Richard Sings 'Rubber Duckie'

Bathtime never sounded as soulful. What an icon Little Richard was!

Smokey Robinson and 'U Really Got A Hold On Me'

The Motown legend struggling with a Muppetized letter “U” is simply hilarious, and you can tell Smokey is having a blast in the process.

Stevie Wonder scatting with Grover

Stevie and Grover are killing us with cuteness in this clip. Plus, Stevie’s shirt/vest/necklace combination is ridiculously on point.
