1 In 5 Are Squeezing Their Toothpaste The Wrong Way
Now this is a situation where there is no right or wrong answer. However, come to find out that almost 20% of us are squeezing out toothpaste the wrong way. Of course, depending on how you look at it.
This topic came up on The Mike & Carla Morning Show and listeners were very adamant about the way the push out the toothpaste onto their tooth brush!
How Do You Squeeze Your Toothpaste Out Of The Tube
This was a poll done by YouGov, so you know it’s very technical! It clearly states that 20% of those surveyed squeeze from the top. We’re like what? But we will get to that in a moment. Others, of course, do it the old fashion way, and squeeze from the bottom.
Keep in mind, this is after surveying over 30,000 people! The survey also wanted to know if you could be with someone that squeezes out the toothpaste the other end as you?
It seems to those that squeeze from the top, it’s because in new packaging, there is air that comes in the tube. To get the max out of each tube, it makes more sense to push it out from the top.
It sounds good, but don’t ask us, we’re all bottom squeezers…what do we know. Mike O’Brian actually admitted that he and his wife have an unspoken challenge with the tube. Who’s going to get the final drop and then put the new tube in the drawer.
You’d be surprised at how much you can get out before succumbing to the challenge! It’s all in good fun, but it does get all the paste out of the tube, that’s for sure.
So, where do you squeeze from? Top or Bottom? Listen to the segment yourself, listen to some of the people that texted in and see what you think.
