Richard Harris Law Firm’s Project Backpack A Massive Success
The Richard Harris Law Firm is excited to announce that Project Backpack was a tremendous success this year, with the largest turnout ever seen.
The overwhelming support from the Nevada community drove the distribution of over 13,000 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to students across the state. There were 7,633 backpacks distributed at the Clark County School District and 2,200 went to the Washoe County School District. Families lined up as early as 7 am at various locations, eager to ensure their children were prepared for the school year ahead.
In Las Vegas, attendees enjoyed entertainment from the Vegas Golden Knights Cheerleaders, hula hoop lessons, and refreshing snow cones. Meanwhile, in Reno, families participated in raffles, met Novo the Blue Line K9 Foundation dog, and enjoyed treats from Rick’s Shaved Ice.
