Things We Are Just Too Lazy To Do

We all have those moments…and it would be so easy. But, you’re just too lazy to do it! What is your “lazy” moment. That was the topic this morning on…

We all have those moments...and it would be so easy. But, you're just too lazy to do it! What is your "lazy" moment. That was the topic this morning on The Mike & Carla Morning Show.

It was all started by Carla Rea, who admitted getting busted at the grocery store for being "that" customer! She grabbed a salad, headed to the checkout counter, but noticed it was not the one she wanted.

Instead of walking back to the grocery aisle to put it back, Carla just dropped it where she was standing. Although she looked around to make sure the coast was clear, a produce guy came around the corner to bust her.

Carla admitted that it was one of those few times, she was just too lazy to make the walk all the way back to the salad section!

It Would Be Easy To Do, But I Am Too Lazy?

So, that's what The M&C Morning Show wanted to know...what was your latest "laziest" moment! Happy to say that listeners were very honest and forthcoming. It was truly amazing to see how lazy we can be.

One guy admitted to buying a "white cane." This is the cane normally used by a person that is blind. But this listener admitted to purchasing the cane, so he could change the channel on his television. He said the extension on this stick is longer than a normal cane, so he can just use the cane to push the buttons on the TV! Say WHAT?

Another listener admitted to throwing something at a lamp just so he didn't have to get up and turn it off! But the best one had to be from Mike O'Brian. He was not above the law and came clean!

He actually admitted that at times while on the couch with his wife, he'll have a lazy moment. When she gets up to go to the bathroom or does something, he'll ask her to "chuck" him a fudgesicle from the fridge! Seriously?

Even though the fridge is only like six-to-seven steps away, he'll wait for her to get up instead of getting up himself.

How lazy are you? Listen to the segment below from this morning and compare!

A Wearable Bean Bag Chair For The Lazy People

We're already pretty lazy as it is, but now we can be even LAZIER!

Face it, we work hard, right? So sometimes we just want to sit on our butt, but don't want to walk far to do it. Well, viola! A company in Japan has created WEARABLE beanbag chairs! And they're ridiculous - or are they?

The best way to explain them is that you'll look just like Grimace, the chunky purple McDonald's character.

They go on over your head. You know, like a sweater, or any other piece of furniture you might wear - but they're basically like wearing a "fat suit." Cause, that's what we want.

The idea is that whenever you're tired - which you probably WILL be if you're carrying around all this extra weight in the house, or at the office - you can just plop your lazy butt down anywhere - and you'll already be in a chair!

They come in four different colors: moss green, natural beige, mocha, and charcoal gray. And they come in three different sizes.  The child size is about $60, the medium size is about $80, and the large size is about $120.  The large one weighs 11 pounds. What are they stuffing these with, rocks?

Sadly, for now they're mostly only being sold in Japan, but you can't tell me there's not a market for wearable beanbag chairs - or perhaps any other wearable furniture - right here in the US.

Now, I'm not sure if wearing this around the office is going to get you that promotion and raise you've been waiting for, but it sure would give the gang something to talk about at lunch - you know, while you are actually dining in your own wearable beanbag chair!

As we've seen from "Shark Tank,"just about any good - or strange - idea is worth putting out there. Thus - The wearable beanbag chair!
