If you’ve visited Las Vegas in the last year, you have probably seen the amazing MSG Sphere. Even if you haven’t visited, you most likely know about the big colorful ball.
U2 headlined a residency for a few months at the Sphere. Phish, Dead and Company did shows, and now Eagles will be doing a residency, beginning in September.
The Las Vegas Sphere made its festive debut last July 4 (2023). This Independence Day promises even more fireworks on the Sphere – along with sound!
Yep – audio will now accompany the grand display on what is called, the Exosphere, as part of the ‘Sphere Fourth of July Celebration.’ So people will be able to hear the fireworks. Near the big ball, and also online via a livestream.
Las Vegas Sphere Is An Amazing Sight To See — Even For Locals
The Las Vegas Sphere has really redefined the Las Vegas Landscape. And everyone wants to at least do a drive-by to see it, and get a picture. As a Las Vegas local, I am still blown away everytime I see it. It’s quite a sight, and truly like nothing you have ever seen before.
Sphere Entertainment CEO and Chairman Jim Dolan said in a statement. “We’ve only scratched the surface of what Sphere is capable of both creatively and technologically.”
This year, The Sphere Fourth of July Celebration going to be a tribute to art, science and wonder. It will also showcase some of the history of the state of Nevada.
Fourth Of July Showtimes For The Sphere
The will be two “shows” on July 4th. One at 9:30 pm, and one at 11:40 p.m. It will also be available online at thesphere.com and YouTube for rewatching.
Before the July 4th shows, the Sphere will do a special showing, to showcase the Las Vegas students who took participated in the first Sphere Student Design Challenge.
It’s going to be quite the display, as everything is, on the Las Vegas Sphere!
