Happy Father’s Day From 96.3 KKLZ!
Happy Father’s Day from us to you! This weekend is about celebrating the men who give us guidance, love and lessons.
Being a father isn’t easy, it’s an intricate maze. As many of us grew up, we started to understand our own fathers better. We hope that everyone has a happy and healthy weekend.
“My father gave me my dreams. Thanks to him, I could see a future.” —Liza Minnelli
June Is Men’s Mental Health Month
Along with Father’s Day, June is Men’s Mental Health Month. So, it’s important to remember that the men in our lives need support and a shoulder to lean on as well. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, men are more likely to die from suicide.
So as we celebrate, let’s remember to give our love and support to the dads around us. Whether they’re uncles, step fathers, father figures or more, let’s take this weekend to show them encouragement and more.

There will be a plethora of activities to do on The Strip as well. But as many locals know, we try to avoid The Strip during the holiday weekends. For many Las Vegans, the perfect Father’s Day entails backyard BBQ and pool time.
