Original props and costumes are also on display for fans to get up close and personal with. Including the Holiday Armadillo costume, all of Chandler’s clothes that Joey wore, and the turkey getup that Monica put on her head. Ross’s couch is even on display and fans are welcome to get a photo trying to “pivot” it up that famous stairwell.
The One In Las Vegas
The Friends Experience currently has locations in Boston, London, and the flagship location in New York. But when it comes to tourist attractions, Las Vegas is a shoo-in for the next installment. It just makes sense to have a location on the Las Vegas Strip that welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Not to mention Las Vegas has been a part of some major moments in the show. Including when Ross and Rachel got married.
The Las Vegas location will be the second flagship store, travelandleisure.com reported. The attraction has brought pop-up installments around the world to 24 cities in eight countries, according to travelandleisure.com. But the Las Vegas location will be what they call an “anchored activation”. This attraction comes just in time for the celebration of the show’s 30th anniversary.
In addition to replications of the New York scene locations, the famous wedding chapel where Ross and Rachel got married will be a replicated set in the Las Vegas Friends Experience. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the photo opportunities in all the set recreations. And while props are not available to take home, there is a gift shop at every Friends Experience that allows fans to bring home some treasured collectibles. Including Central Perk mugs, the famous yellow photo frame, clothing and accessories.
The Las Vegas location of the Friends Experience is official, as it is listed on the attraction’s website as the newest location coming. However, there’s no report yet of an opening date. Although, travelandleisure.com, it will be sometime later this year. Ticket prices are different depending on which Friends Experience you are at, and the Las Vegas location prices haven’t been announced yet.
