But also as a Steeler fan, I had some hope of a win, but wasn't expecting it. Here's the one thing we wanted to know on the Mike And Carla Morning Show. . .why do Bills fans destroy tables?
What Did The Tables Do To You?
Whenever a Bills game happens at least one table is sacrificed. But why? These tables have done nothing to these fans but hold their food and stuff during their tailgate. But if you ask any Buffalo Bills fan "why?" they can't give you a real answer. You can ask different Buffalo Bills fans and each one will give you a different answer. We went to the phone lines and text line to find the real answer. You guessed it, all the answers were different.
The Reasons
We got all kinds of reason why these tables are destroyed for no reason. One caller said that the Bills were so terrible from 2005 to 2015 that fans would buy tickets to the game, but they wouldn't watch it. Instead they would get drunk and party in the parking lots. This sparked an idea to do a WWE body slam into a table. People saw this happen and the trend took off.
Another person said it started in 2015 when a video went viral of a Buffalo Bills fan stood up on a cooler and then slammed his body into the center of the table. That's where the "tradition" started. The truth is that there's no real reason to the madness, according to The Stadium Reviews. It just seems like Bills fans like to destroy tables.
All we know is if I were a table and I had a choice of where I would exist, it wouldn't be in Buffalo, New York. Do you know the real reason why this is a thing? Listen to the segment and find out!
