We've all gone out to dinner with friends, but it seems that locals are finding it tough splitting the check at the end of the night. This came up on The Mike & Carla Morning Show only because of a story of one guy who said that he ended up paying $150 for just water and an appetizer! Hey listen, we've all been there right? But where do you draw the line? How to you NOT simply say, "separate checks please!"

As we dug into the story more, come to find out the guy didn't even have enough money to call an Uber! That brought up what kind of friends let a friend walk home? Maybe this guy should drop this group and maybe find new friends? It all came out this morning on The M&C Morning Show.

Locals Looking To Split The Check At Dinner!

A lot of listeners texting in this morning questioned the group first, then thinking this guy needs to say something. Right? If you're headed out to dinner with a group, the first things that have to be established are the rules! If you're just having water and an app, then make sure that is established at the beginning. One suggestion was that the guy leaves early, stating "...I only had this, so here's my $25-$30." Bam, you're done!

But what happens if there's someone in the group that always fails to chip in? Morty, the Executive Producer, talked about his little group. That there is one guy that never even fakes like he's going to chip in with fair share. In fact, you have to pick him up, take him home afterward. Mike O'Brian and Carla Rea's advice, was for everyone in the group to act like they're going to the bathroom, then tell the server, the guy at the table is paying.

Not the really the nice thing to do, but desperate times call for desperate measures right? Listen to the segment and see what you think...and enjoy!
