It's the happiest place on earth, and The Mike and Carla Morning Show sends you almost every year. So why on earth are people soiling it?
People Don't Want To Get Out Of Line At Disney Parks To Use The Bathroom. So They Go Right There.
The news site SFGate just did a piece on a long time rumor at Disney parks. But it's not a rumor at all: People are so desperate to keep their place in line at certain rides, they will sometimes poop, right there, on the ground. According to the article, and a book I read - it's true, and happens more than you'd think.
SFGAte states, it really is true. And it happens at Disneyland and Disney World more often than one could imagine.
Someone on a Walt Disney World Reddit thread said they saw a parent actually LET their kid drop a dookie while standing in line for the ride 'Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.' An employee backed it up in the comments, and said there were actually THREE poop-related incidents that same day. And just in that one line alone!
I've ridden 'Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.' And I had to wait in line. NEVER ONCE did it occur to me to skip the bathroom. The bathroom is one of the only places at Disney where the line actually moves. So take the toilet ride!
It's Not Just Children Leaving 'Surprises' In Line
Here's the best part though. No - the worst part: Kids aren't the only ones doing it. ADULTS are too. Who raised you?
And it doesn't just happen outside. At Disney World, there's a specific hallway employees call "the poop hall," because it happens so much. It's in the line for the ride 'Avatar: Flight of Passage.' (note to self: avoid hallway)
Two former Disneyland janitors talked about it in a book that I read a few years ago, called 'Cleaning the Kingdom'. There's a whole chapter in it called Disgusting Things.
They said it's so common, that they have a secret code for it now. Have you ever heard "Code H" used? It means a horse relieved itself on Main Street. But the "H" also stands for "human." So - yeah.
Here's What To Do If You Have To Go
So what should you do if you're halfway through a two hour line and need to use the bathroom? Disney says to just flag down an employee and tell them. They will let you back in line. And that's much better than having to clean up your filthy mess, because you were RAISED IN A BARN!
Disney parks are the happiest places on earth. Let's PLEASE keep them that way, and not poop in line!

Best 2022 Holiday Disneyland Food And Treats
Disneyland food is another level of joy for the true foodie.
When you walk through the Disneyland resort, you're welcomed with streets adorned with colorful, twinkling, and non-stop holiday décor, and there's a feeling of gleeful energy buzzing through the air.
The Disneyland Festival of Holidays is an amazing collection of events and themes, that honor holiday traditions from different cultures across the globe. I was able to enjoy some of the holiday happenings at the park this past weekend. And I had a ball!
The food is a whole other level during the holidays season at Disneyland, which makes it even more special. It's safe to say that I ate my weight (and walked many extra steps) with the Disneyland's Sip and Savor Pass, which let me sample a variety of different foods and beverages. The Sip and Savor Pass is about $56 for guests and $51 for annual passholders, according to FoodAtDisneyland.com, and it's well worth it! Can you say "hot buttered rum?" With actual butter. Heaven on EARTH!
This year's theme seemed to be "traditional innovation." The Festival of Holidays celebration had many tried-and-true dishes spiced with a twist. For example, I nibbled on Curry Mac 'n Cheese, which was rich, with an explosion of curry and spice flavor in your mouth! Divoon!!
I a couple of the delicious guava melon lassi's. One of our favorites and it finitely helped us cool off during the hot 81 degree November day. It was like a tropical sunset swirling in your mouth. Per Disney, the drink has guava nectar, rock melon syrup, yogurt and honey. Whip cream tops off the drink and honey-flavored cereal sits on the light cream.
It's truly an experience - as Disneyland always is!
