It seems one neighbor has taken today one step too far. Parents in Washington State are upset over the naughty Halloween display on a front yard. The one thing that bothers parents the most is that the display is across the street from local elementary school.

The Mike & Carla Morning Show shared some of the comments from neighbors this morning. Evidently there are some parents who are not as bothered by it as others. According to a report from KIRO7, the homeowner has skeletons in lewd positions on the yard.

Naughty Skeleton Decorations Are Bothering Parents!

So here's the question, would it really bother you that much if you kids had to walk by this every morning to school? Mike O'Brian did agree with the guy who said that kids have cell phones with much worse on them. Carla Rea agreed that kids too young won't get it and those old enough will just snicker.

Also in the report, there is also a sign on next to the driveway directed to a "Karen" with a skeleton next to it. The skeleton giving a hand gesture...not sure this is aimed at someone specific. Either way, the school and parents have tried to reach out to the owner. Hoping that he would pull back a little bit on the display.

It just seems overall, that Halloween is getting a little more intense when it comes to decorations in and around the house. So far the owner of the house has only said that he refuses to take anything down or change anything.

The M&C Morning Show also talked about decorations during Christmas time. How some decorations get a little out of hand...of course that could just be kids goofing around. Putting the reindeers in different positions for Santa Claus.

All in all, it's getting to be that time of the year. Take a deep breath, get a sense of humor because it could be happening in your neighborhood as well. Listen to the segment from this morning and let us know what you think! Mike&CarlaMailbag@963kklz.com

National Candy Corn Day; Candies We Dislike The Most

Since it is National Candy Corn Day, it only make sense to bring up the candies we hate the most. On the eve of Halloween, on The Mike & Carla Morning Show,  it's all about candy We all know about the stuff we like, that will eat in a pinch, but what about the sweet stuff we hate the most?

It just so happens not everyone dislikes candy corn, however, most of us do! According to a survey with Buzzfeed, there are other candies that fall into that same category as candy corn. For Mike O'Brian it was easily in his Top 3 on the "yuck" list, as well as black licorice! Never been a fan, never will be.

Carla Rea on the other hand, Nerds, Laughy Daffy make her "yuck" list. Not too far behind on the list is Peeps as well. Carla also mentioned a few others, but it always comes down to candy corn.

It's National Candy Corn Day Today...YUCK!

Believe it or not, a few defended the bite size treat, saying that if you eat it with something salty, not bad. Really? That's what you have to do to enjoy it, eat it with something else? Sorry, not buying it and it stays on the "yuck" list!

But what's on that list of treats that we really don't care for. Smarties and even Tootsie Rolls made the list. 35% of those asked said they don't even care for Jelly Beans!

Hot Tamales, Lemonheads and Dubble Bubble made the list, but not even close to cracking the Top 10. And in the interest of transparency, the thing that started it all, that little orange and yellow triangle candy didn't even make the Top 5!

So before you head out tomorrow night to collect a bag full of sweets, make sure you check the list. If anything, you might end up with a few candies you can trade away at school. Now the segment celebrating National Candy Corn Day candy is below, but scroll down to see the Top 5 candies we dislike the most...and enjoy!

Can't believe these made the Top 5, but considering how tough they are to eat, not surprised. Dots, which is basically a gum drop, came in at #3 on the list of those candies we're not a big fan of!
