If It Works In San Francisco, Is Las Vegas Far Behind
Just a thought, but if this works in San Francisco, could Las Vegas be far behind? Imagine having a good time at a place, but maybe too much fun. You end up tossing a few…well now Bay area restaurants want you to pay if you get sick! That’s right, if you throw up at a restaurant in San Francisco, you might have to pay a $50 cleanup fee! The Mike & Carla Morning Show brought this up during the “Other News” this morning!
According to a story by the SFGate, if you get sick or make a mess, there might be a “cleaning fee”! This means getting sick or making a mess inside the establishment, get ready to fork out a few extra bucks. We see it all the time at restaurants and/or bars…people leaving a mess on the table, underneath it and around their dining table. Well, clearly places in and around the San Francisco area are tired of dealing with it!
Maybe Las Vegas Should Get On Board With This!
To be even more specific, some say these places are targeting those that celebrate a little too much, toss and run! Or maybe we should say stumble away? Those that take liberties with the bottomless Mimosas. Some that drink a little too fast, yet can’t handle their booze.
Here’s the question though, if this works in San Francisco, could Las Vegas restaurants be far behind. Needless to say, Las Vegas is the party town where everyone thinks when they come here, anything goes! Hey, where do we draw the line? This might be a good thing right? We charge for everything else, why not a “cleanup” fee?
Not to sure you will get any opposition from those in the hospitality business where most have had to clean up after party goers. Just add it to their bill once you find out they have tapped out. Let them figure it out the next morning right?
Sounds good to us…below is the story from the “Other News” segment. Take a listen and enjoy!
