As A Young Girl Do You Remember The ‘Pencil Test’
It was a flashback to yesterday, but did your mom or even as a young girl do you remember taking the “pencil test”? If you didn’t remember, don’t feel bad, but on The Mike & Carla Morning Show it was a hot topic and very educational!
Carla Rea brought it up yesterday and it resurfaced this morning on the show. Carla first explained the “test” to Mike O’Brian who was dumbfounded by the whole thing. Growing up, not sure how she knew to do it, but even her mom knew about the test! But then Carla said that Mike’s wife probably knew what it was. So, they gave her a call while she was at work. Oh no, this call wouldn’t be awkward at all!
Do you remember taking the “pencil test”?
When Jodi picked up the phone Mike asked if she was in a meeting. Luckily she wasn’t, but her boss was standing right there. So, Mike asked her if she had ever heard of the “pencil test”? As she repeated it, you could hear some laughter in the background. It turns out that Jodi had never heard of it, but her boss had! Evidently, he had seen a TikTok video and that how he knew!
Yikes…AWKWARD! But it proved that not women had heard about this or had even taken the test to know when to start wearing a bra! And some interesting takes from the women that were texting in. Some knew about it and other not a clue!
One woman even went as far as to ask it this was a “white girl” thing? OMG! It was hilarious and the texts kept coming in. A lot of women admitting that it was what they did especially when having a “slumber party!”
All the fun that guys missed growing up…well, if you have a spare couple of minutes, listen and enjoy!
