Florida Woman Uses Burrito As A Weapon

A 46-year-old woman from Florida was arrested and is facing charges for using her burrito as a weapon!

While eating at a restaurant called Rick's Reef in St. Pete Beach, she got into an argument with another patron there. Her name is Sarah Anne Kochera.

She didn't like how the argument was going so she picked up her burrito and chucked it at the man. Her aim was apparently horrible because she completely missed the man she was arguing with and hit another person at the restaurant.

Before cops arrived, Kochera had left the scene of the burrito attack. Kochera didn't venture far though. She stayed within the vicinity of the incident. Kochera is a "financial adviser" accorder to her LinkedIn profile. She apparently works for a financial company that is in the Tampa Bay area.

The man she was arguing with or her intended target hasn't been identified, but people are guessing that it may in fact be her boyfriend. He's a 66-year-old. The 20-year-old boyfriend and woman apparently are having issues in their relationship.

The month before the burrito incident, she was arrested for punching the man in the face. Those charges were eventually dropped. The Smoking Gun reported that the woman was being "non-cooperative" and is facing charges of disorderly conduct.

In court documents, it apparently stated that the prosecutors declined to challenge and pursue the domestic battery case against Kochera and her 66-year-old boyfriend. A request was made by him for the charges to be dropped. A "no contact" order was also set in place between the two, but that was also asked to be dropped.
