Not sure what's going on in your life, but does a 10 year old really need a spa day? And to top it off, skip school to do it? That's what came up this morning on The Mike & Carla Morning Show this morning. Mom doesn't think so, Dad says "it's not that big of a deal"!

So in the end, do you allow the 10 year old to miss a day of school just to take a "spa" day? We were a bit surprised by some of the responses that came in. Most of the dads said it really wasn't that big of a deal. According to the email, she a good kid, makes good grades. Very rarely does she miss school, oh and it's her birthday!

What's included in a spa day for a 10 year old?

She can't wait for the weekend? But as most pointed out, it would be a special day with MOM! Okay, so what do you think? Have you ever just popped your kid out of school for no good reason? What was it for? Did your mom and day every allow you to skip school for the heck of it?

All these questions popped up this morning. It is totally amazing at how it's no big deal to miss a day or two of school. Even Mike O'Brian admitted that he's daughter does it all the time with his grandson! Mike said that there would be no way his dad would suggest skipping school for a "fun" day.

Where do you draw the line? Come to find out that some schools even allow for special "Circumstance" days! Heck, M&C don't even have that in their contracts at work. C'mon mom and dad, what is going on here.
