The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly About Cottage Cheese

Time to talk about all the good, the bad and the ugly regarding cottage cheese! It all started by mentioning a new TikTok food trend that is blowing up. The Mike & Carla Morning Show mentioned that the good thing is that it's healthy and protein-loaded . . . but in this case it's ice cream!

On The M&C Morning Show, Morty loves cottage cheese and Carla Rea even enjoys a nice scoop every once in awhile. But Mike O'Brian is totally grossed out by the stuff and won't touch it! However, with that said, come to find out that Mike's wife if pulling the old "bait and switch"! O'Brian's wife uses it in different dishes she makes, but not telling him the secret ingredient!

Of course, once you open that "rabbit hole", everyone starts hopping down it! Listeners texting in their own creations that include pancakes, desserts, and a dozen other dishes. However, it was decided that it's a "love/hate" relationship with the stuff. You either really love cottage cheese or hate it. But when your own wife is sneaking it in different dishes without your knowledge, that's when you draw the line.

But the ice cream we are talking about, there is no way around it. You either love it or hate it. And the way this TikToker explains it, it sounds okay...if you can keep up with her! It's her quick recipe for  strawberry cheesecake flavored cottage cheese ice cream recipe. Once again reminding you that it's healthy for you and protein-loaded. Sounds awesome right?
