Happy National Burrito Day!  It's always the first Thursday in April. That means deals.

After Chinese food, Mexican food is the second most popular food in the US. So why not celebrate.

Some of the biggest Mexican chains in the U.S. are offering up deals today. Ten thousand people will win free burritos at Chipotle.  And Taco Bell has a deal where you can get a free Grilled Cheese Burrito if you order through their app. Here's your burrito specials:

1.  Chipotle is giving away 10,000 free burritos.  They're posting codes on Twitter.  You have to text each code to the number 888-222 for a chance to win. They're also offering free delivery all day through their website and app.  Just use the promo code "DELIVER".

2.  Taco Bell also has a free burrito deal.  If you order through their app and spend $20, you can get a Grilled Cheese Burrito for free. You can also order through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates or Grubhub and apparently get ANY burrito for free.  Those deals both run through the weekend.

3. El Pollo Loco has BOGO burritos. New and existing Loco Rewards members get a y a buy one, get one free deal redeemable for all burritos. Customers who order via the app or El Pollo Loco website will get free delivery.  Also starting Thursday through May 5, each day El Pollo Loco will be a Loco Rewards member one million points – making 30 Pollo Millionaires!

4. Del Taco will give you a free burrito with a $10 purchase. Buyers must be registered for Del Yeah! rewards to get the deal. Limit one offer per guest.

If you just want to watch other people eat burritos, Qdoba is hosting its first World Burrito Eating Championship today in Milwaukee. Joey Chestnut and nine other professional eaters will eat as many burritos as they can in 10 minutes. I'm turning green already...  Qdoba is live-streaming it on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.  It starts at 1:00 P.M. Eastern.
