Is this what happens when someone steals food from your plate? An Australian woman is accused of running over her boyfriend after he tried to grab a couple of her French fries. Matthew Finn, actually thought it was he's fault since he thought she was done and assumed it was okay. There might be some other issues in this relationship for something like this to happen over a "French Fry"! However, The Mike & Carla Morning Show wanted to know if that is rude to think it's okay to do something like that?

If you've ever been out to dinner with Carla Rea, she has no problem with this practice. She can actually do it in mid-sentence, just taking her fork and grabbing a piece of food off your plate. It's something that she had learned from her dad, but her mom was not very happy with this habit. Carla admits it's a bad habit, but her girlfriend Angie has just gotten used to it.

On the flipside, Mike O'Brian has become the human "garbage disposal" of the family. Teaching his two little girls to show their plates before rinsing them off. After showing them to Dad, Mike had no problem scarfing up their leftovers. This has now been passed down to the grandkids who do the same thing when eating at "Papa's" house!

It was mostly the listeners calling in giving us their stories on how family and friends also feel about picking off someone else's plate. Most of the them agree that it's a rude, unless invited to try something.

One woman called in giving The M&C Morning Show a different perspective...she told us that her husband pushes items on to her plate from his own! In other words, stuff that he's not going to eat or doesn't like, he shoves them on to her plate.
