Every year someone always seems to have that ugly Christmas sweater party so you at least have one place you can wear that treasured seasonable sweater to. But you need to know that your ugly Christmas sweater can possibly be hazardous to your health!

The Mike & Carla Morning Show revealed that, depending on where your sweater was made and with what material, it can basically be detrimental to your health and those around you! Especially when it comes to being harmful to the environment! It seems that the cheaper sweaters people buy just to have one handy are the ones that might be suspect. The cheap ones are evidently made with plastic and metal, in fact, each time one of these sweaters is washed, almost a million micro-fibers are shed!

With that said, these micro-fibers have a way of making their way into the environment and even our drinking water...so in the end, these cheap ugly Christmas sweaters can bo bad for the environment! Think of it, just because you want to go "cheap, the sweater ends up being harmful to wildlife above and below sea level!

All these facts were recently brought up in an article put out by Fast Company, who basically said "...The ugly sweater is everything that is wrong with fast fashion!" It goes on to say, "... a novelty item meant to get a couple of laughs at a party. At worst, it may get tossed after just one use."

All we're saying is that before you buy that ugly Christmas sweater to wear to work or your company holiday party, check out what it's made of first and then think, "Do I really need this?" Just one of the subjects brought up this morning in "A Few Things We Think You Should Know" on The M&C Morning Show. Check out the entire segment below and...enjoy!

20 Christmas Movies With The Most Swear Words

Merry Cussmas, people! Christmas time is usually for songs and movies about warm and fuzzy things. Snowmen and candy canes and hot cocoa by the fire. We don't normally associate the holidays with a lot of profanity. But turns out there are a whole lot of Christmas movies with a whole lot of swearing.

We know this thanks to a language tutorial site called Preply. Preply is traditionally an online language tutoring platform. For some reason, they decided to count swear words in scripts. Maybe someone was bored after work. For whatever reason, Preply examined the scripts of popular holiday movies to see which ones had the most cuss words. Some of these didn't surprise us. But others really did! Home Alone? When did they swear in that movie? And what counts as a swear word?

Well, I looked up the original Home Alone script and found some of those answers. "Ass" definitely counts, like when Buzz tells Kevin he wouldn't let Kevin sleep in his room if he was growing on his ass. But there were also lines with swearing that never made it into the movie. When the boys are watching the neighborhood shovel snow, Buzz talks about turning his ass in to the authorities. That never made it into the movie, if I recall correctly.

There are other swear words in the Home Alone script that got changed for the filming too. Mostly where Joe Pesci's or Daniel Stern's character calls Kevin a creep....that's not what was in the script. Maybe they cleaned it up during filming.

So, keep in mind this list counts the swear words that were in the actual script of the movie. How many made them into the film is a different story. And hey, have a Merry F-ing ChristmasWendy Rush
