Ozzy Osbourne says that he can  barely "&$*#%@#" walk after having spinal surgery in June. He posted on social, "It is so tough because, I want to be out there. I want to be doing it. This surgery... You have no idea. The thing is my head is all right, my creativity is OK, my singing OK but I just can't walk much now. I can't begin to tell you how frustrating life has become. It is amazing how you go along in life and one stupid thing can screw everything up for a long time." Ozzy went on to say,  "I have never been ill this long in my life. When I was a downbeat drunken drug addict, I would not be out this long. It is just as frustrating.'' (expletives - many of them - removed)

Nominees for the Golden Globes were announced yesterday, and many say that Will Smith and Tom Cruise got snubbed.  Brendan Fraser was nominated for "The Whale", but he's not goingbecause he was groped by the head of the Globes 20 years ago, and it really changed him, and his life.

Other nominees: Best Motion Picture, Drama: ""Avatar: The Way of Water,'  "Elvis,"  "The Fabelmans," 'Tár," "Top Gun: Maverick."  Best Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy: "Babylon,' "The Banshees of Inisheri," "Everything Everywhere All at Once" "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery," "Triangle of Sadness."

On the TV side, the shows that didn't make this year's cut: "Stranger Things""The Handmaid's Tale""The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel""This Is Us", and "Dead to Me".  Talk about being SNUBBED!! ALL of these should have been nominated!

Sources say Tom Brady hasn't ruled out playing again next year. But first I'm sure he needs to spend some time with his kids during the offseason, to see if they're still annoying.

A soft rock docuseries called "Sometimes When We Touch" will debut on Paramount+ on January 3rd.  It covers artists including Hall & Oates, Kenny Loggins, Lionel Richie, Air Supply, Michael McDonald, the Carpenters, Christopher Cross, and more. We know it now as "Yacht Rock."

Watch out for the ottoman - Happy birthday to Dick Van Dyke. He turns 97 today!

That's a wrap, and that's my take!
