Chicago Cop Pee’s In Ice Machine

A Chicago PD officer was on vacation in Florida and got a little more than what he planned for. He was charged with two misdemeanors for urinating in an ice machine at a beach bar!

His name is Henry Capouch. The thirty-year-old was charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct when an employee at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar reported to local authorities that he “discovered the defendant pissing on the ice in the machine” a little after midnight. He was told to stop soiling the ice, but Capouch started to verbally cuss at the victim and then pushed him a couple of times. He also shoved a security guard who saw it all happen.

When authorities arrived, they found Capouch laying in the sand with his girlfriend. Capouch, a five-year Chicago Police officer was resisting arrest and not cooperating when given commands.

Capouch had to pay $650 bail.
