According to a press release from Jaclyn Fenton at Liquified Creative, Decaro Auctions International will be auctioning off this amazing property this Saturday, December 3rd. The beach house is located on Lido Key in Sarasota, on the Gulf of Mexico. Apparently, locals refer to this place as “The Pirate House” or “The Cactus House.”
This multi-million dollar beach house features five bedrooms, five and 1/2 baths, a 12-car garage with a 10,000-pound car lift, and a unique fourth level rooftop deck. Unobstructed views of the Gulf Coast sunsets will be enjoyed from this deck, which is perfect for entertaining, or enjoying a jacuzzi.
